On-Line Members section. Chances are you'll be able to search for your problem and find the answer without having to make a
phone call. Customers can easily access this service by logging into the

of our website and looking for the appropriate resource.
If you can't find a solution to the problem via the On-Line resources listed on the left, we also provide prompt,
thorough technical support for all of our transportation management solutions. Support is provided by phone,
fax, and email or if need be, our technicians will come on-site to solve a problem. Refer to the

of our site to get in touch with us in your preferred manner.
Phone support is available via our toll free number 1-800-257-9548, Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Eastern
Standard Time. Complete email and fax support is also provided during the same time frame. You must have a
valid Trans+Plus Support and Maintenance Plan to access support services.
Canadian Statutory Holidays are excluded. After hours, weekend and holiday assistance may be available for an
additional cost. Should an after hours emergency arise, you can be assured we will do our best to service your
company as soon as possible.
