The Website, the Communicator application, and the TPC Tools module

- Provides Internet access to orders & shipment status
- Customers can trace shipments 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- Dispatchers can ensure pick ups and deliveries are on time
- Authorized customers can view your current truck & trailer positions
- Authorized carriers can view all orders you have contracted to them
- Information viewing can be customized on a customer-by-customer basis
- Shows Reference Number for Shipment, Shipper's City, State/Province, Consignee's City, State/Province, Pick Up location with date and time, Drop location with date and time, P.O. number for customer, plus any notes that apply to that customer's shipment
- Displays shipment's current status (assigned / picked up / delivered)
- Data is stored on the site for a period of 6 month(s)
- Order change email notification
