How is Fleet Manager priced?

The software is quite reasonably priced for the functionality offered. Fleet ManagerTM
is priced according to the number of user licenses and add-on modules required. Since our software solutions are
modular and scaleable, a Trans+Plus account manager will help determine what type
and size of system would best suit your company's needs and budget.

How many trucks can the software support?

There is no limitation to how many trucks can be supported by Fleet ManagerTM.

How is the software installed?
|

The software is installed usually on site, however it can be installed remotely as well.

After the installation, how long will it take before we “go live” on the software?
|

The “go live” date happens when your company feels it is ready. It may depend on the
amount of data conversion required if any, how quickly the maintenance section of the software is populated
and the number of people to be trained but we do ensure that it will not take anymore than a couple of weeks.

How much training is required to get up and running?
|

We believe that good training enables a company to utilize the software to its full potential, faster. We
therefore, offer comprehensive training designed for your success. The first day of training starts as soon
as the software is installed. It familiarizes your employees with the software and helps them build the databases.
The second day of training is seminar based and usually happens on the first Saturday after the software is installed.
A trainer from Trans+Plus is also available on-site during your “go live” date
to offer any assistance as needed. Finally, follow up training is provided one week after your “go live”
date and acts as a review to the previous training sessions.

Is data conversion from my existing system possible?

Yes, as long as your data is provided in a supported format that is suitable for conversion. A
Trans+Plus Account Manager can help determine the possibility if and what can
be converted to your new system.

What printouts are automatically created within Fleet ManagerTM?
|

Fleet ManagerTM automatically generates the following: Bill of Lading, Load Sheet,
Load Manifest, Trip Manifest, Carrier Confirmation, Customer Confirmation, Invoices and Driver Settlements.

Will we be able to use our existing inventory of pre-printed billing forms?

Auto-print billing templates are included and allow your logo and company information to be inserted. However,
if you already have an inventory of pre-printed forms, there is no need to waste the money you've already invested
in them. Just supply Trans+Plus with a few blank samples. We can then format the text so
that it will line up properly with the outline of your form. When you deplete your inventory and wish to discontinue
use of your pre-printed forms, Trans+Plus can reset your billing back to a standard template
and insert your logo and company information.

Fleet ManagerTM has extensive reporting and flexible analysis capabilities.
Evaluate and summarize your expenses and revenue by truck, driver, trip, equipment pool, lane, customer, or
salesperson. Summarize profitability per mile and percentage of empty miles. Fleet ManagerTM
provides all the information you need for fuel and road tax reporting, using easily updateable IFTA approved tax tables.

Is there a limitation as to how many people we can have use the software?

The program is designed to have an unlimited user capacity, but is restricted to the number of concurrent
user licenses you purchase or the number of users you are authorized to have simultaneously access the software.
Additional user licenses can be added at any time to accommodate growth in your company.

Can the software be operated from any computer on the network?

Yes, you may log into any computer where the software is installed as long as you have logged off elsewhere.

It has automatic rating for spot quotes, rate quotes and lead quotes and is set up for the creation of rate
tables by zones, city, state or province. Fleet ManagerTM allows you to easily search
for records of all previous rates by customer, lane, carrier, etc.

Rating can be calculated for TL, Cartage and LTL, by skids, crates, pallets, weight, item, mileage,
truckload, flat rate, feet, or cubic volume.

Customer discounted rates can be easily added to the system. A Trans+Plus representative can show you how.

Resource management is available within Fleet ManagerTM including basic compliancy.
The status and location of trucks or trailers can be easily determined in the software or through reporting.
Compliancy is user defined and configurable by date or mileage.

Does it handle driver profiles including medical testing, and basic compliancy?

Driver profiles can be created and managed in Fleet ManagerTM. Basic compliancy is
user defined and configurable by expiration date. General information can easily be stored in the driver profile.
Both compliancy and general information can be reported on.

Does Fleet ManagerTM have a built in reminder system to better manage special orders or to alert you of potential service failures such as late pickups or deliveries?

There is a reminder system to indicate if pick up or delivery times are approaching. Fleet ManagerTM
has the ability to allow users to define their own service levels and set pre-warning times for each level of service.

Can the software split ProBills into legs to aid with freight consolidation and LTL movements?

The software can print ProBills for parent orders or for legs of a trip. There are trip reports and LTL manifests
that can also be produced from the software.
